As a speaker, you are a the most critical element of our plans for the GNS Annual CME Meeting.  Our accreditation, funding and attendance are all hinged on you.  Please take the time to complete the following forms and requests by the posted deadlines.  Please take particular care in preparing your supplement handouts, as these are greatly appreciated by attendees.

Please note: attendees will complete an evaluation at the conclusion of the meeting. They will be asked to evaluate the overall quality of the material/speakers and to identify any exceptional speakers/talks. The compiled evaluation results will submitted, as required, to our accredited Joint Sponsor and used to plan the next year's meeting.
